139 people have perished in flash floods, triggered by cloudbursts, on the night of 5th August, 2010 in the Ladakh division in Jammu and Kashmir. 600 more are missing. Reach out to the people affected by the flash flood in Leh. Join CSO Partners in responding to this humanitarian crisis.
