This project will provide accommodation for 50 youths with disability from rural & urban areas, from different districts. This accommodation will help them to get training at welding, Sheet metal. After completion of their course, they  will be  arrange placement for these students.

As per available information there are around 70 million people in India with disability. Only 1% of them are gainfully employed. The reasons are many including social/industry insensitivity, non-acceptance and lack of encouragement. However, the primary reason is that most of them are unemployable consequent to the lack of appropriate education, skills and attitude.Against above background, PWDS intends to conduct a comprehensive Soft Skills and Information Technology (IT) Training Program, ITI courses for 6 months training.
